My mission is to bring joy to artists like you with carefully crafted Procreate brushes, coloring pages and other digital products.

If you encounter any issues with my products, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at colorwithkendi@gmail.com so I can help you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. ❤️ If you have any issues or concerns, please contact me so we can work together to find a resolution.

Here are the two specific conditions under which you could be eligible for a full or partial refund:

✔️ Accidental double purchases. It happens sometimes! Contact me and I’ll get you sorted.

💻 If you have trouble downloading your purchased content and cannot install it. For this issue, please contact me so we can resolve the issue together.

You will be asked to provide a video clip and/or screenshots showing the problem. If the video or screenshots indicate a problem that can’t be resolved, then you maybe be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Please be sure to have to correct hardware and software before making a purchase. I am unable to provide refunds if your hardware and software are not compatible with the products. As mentioned on the product pages, you must have Procreate 5+ and a pressure sensitive stylus.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be completed through the Gumroad platform and may take a few weeks to process fully.

License Agreement

Brushes:

Any brushes you purchase can be used for your personal and commercial projects. Please keep these guidelines in mind:

🚫 Don't copy, resell, or redistribute any of my brushes or tools.

🤝 Don't share these assets with others. Each license only applies to a single user. If your friends or family want to use the brushes, direct them to my site so they can get their own brushes (and their own license to use them). Thank you! 😌

Other products:

📚 Any coloring pages, traceables, paper textures or downloadable art prints/stationery are for personal use only. Please don't use them for commercial purposes, resell them, or redistribute them. The copyright remains with Color with Kendi for these products.
